BOONDI RAITHA

Ingredients
Boondi Raitha

Boondi -1cup(Salted)
Curd -2 cup
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbs (Chopped)
Chat Masala -1 tsp
Salt - to taste


Preparation

Boil water in a vessel

Add Boondi in it for 2min ( this process will make boondi soft and remove oil)

Drain the water

Then add in to the curd

Add coriander leaves & chat Masala

Mix Well & add salt to taste

This tasty raitha we can serve for any rice varities
